HyperDeck Studio is an broadcast HD based solid state deck that includes 3G-SDI and HDMI connections so you can work in all SD and HD formats up to 1080p30. You get familiar VTR style controls so it’s just like using a traditional broadcast deck, along with compressed or uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 broadcast quality recording. The low cost makes it easy to install multiple units when you need ISO recorders, or are doing long form logging or mastering for SD and HD.
HyperDeck Studio 12G
When you need to go beyond 1080p30, HyperDeck Studio 12G is a more advanced version of HyperDeck Studio. Featuring 12G-SDI connections and HDMI 2.0, HyperDeck Studio 12G works with all SD, HD and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60 over a single cable. You still get all of the benefits of HyperDeck Studio, including its familiar VTR style deck controls and broadcast quality compressed and uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2 recording.

For years broadcasters have used high frame rate 720p and 1080p HD to cover sport and other fast action events. Now with 12G-SDI, HyperDeck Studio 12G can record the same high frame rates in Ultra HD.
